This is also demonstrated by a major success that encorePeople can celebrate in its fifth year: a renowned university from the US signed this year to try out the encore platform. ‘Our goal and incentive is now to further expand our pioneering role in this field in order to use our platform to sustainably promote team motivation and commitment’, adds Mark Gregg.
